Privacy Policy
Effective October 5, 2026
This policy explains what information Bodkin EV Charging ("this site") collects at evchargerinstallationsevernaparkmd.com, how it is used, and who it is shared with.
Who Does the Work
This site publishes guides about EV charger installation. It does not perform electrical work. Phone calls placed through this site are answered by, or connected to, independent electricians licensed in Maryland. Those electricians are separate businesses. They give their own quotes, set their own prices, and perform the work under their own licenses and permits.
Information Collected When You Call
When you call the number on this site, the phone system may record your phone number, the date, time, and length of the call, the page you called from, and general location data tied to your number. If you share your name, address, or project details on the call, that information is collected too.
Call recording. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and record keeping. Maryland law (Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article, Section 10-402) generally requires the consent of all parties before a call is recorded. You will hear a notice at the start of a recorded call. If you do not consent, you may end the call.
How Call Information Is Shared
Call details and anything you share on the call are shared with the independent electrician you speak with, so they can answer your questions, prepare a quote, and do the work you request. That electrician's own privacy practices then apply to the information they hold. Call information may also be shared with service providers that run the phone system, and when required by law.
This site does not sell your information to data brokers.
