Terms of Use

Effective October 5, 2026

By using evchargerinstallationsevernaparkmd.com ("this site"), operated under the name Bodkin EV Charging, you agree to these terms.

Information Only

The guides on this site are general information about EV charging, permits, codes, costs, and incentives in and near Severna Park, Maryland. They are not legal, tax, or engineering advice. Rules, rebates, and prices change. Confirm any fact with the named official source and with a licensed electrician before you act on it.

Independent Electricians

This site does not perform electrical work, hold an electrical license, or employ electricians. Calls placed through this site are answered by, or connected to, independent electricians licensed in Maryland. Each electrician is an independent business that sets its own prices, gives its own written quotes, obtains its own permits, and is solely responsible for its work, warranties, and conduct. Call details are shared with the electrician you speak with. Any agreement for work is between you and that electrician.

Before you hire anyone, ask for their license number and check it on the Maryland Department of Labor license lookup and, for work in Anne Arundel County, the county's license search.

Call Recording

Calls may be recorded. Maryland law generally requires all parties to consent to a recording. A notice plays on recorded calls.

Prices and Incentives

Any price range on this site is a typical range from the named source, not a quote or a promise. Rebate and incentive programs are run by their sponsors, who decide eligibility and funding. This site cannot guarantee that you will receive any rebate.

No Warranties

This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, this site makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of its content and is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or from work performed by any electrician.

Links to government and utility sites are provided for convenience. Those sites have their own terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
